














GYUTO DAMASCUS CHEF'S KNIFE
The Gyuto (Japanese, literally 'Beef Sword') is a post-WW2 design seen in response to the introduction of western cuisine to Japan. It is a professional chefs knife that can be used for mincing, slicing, and chopping vegetables, slicing meat, and disjointing large cuts.
Forged by 63 Layers of walnut Damascus 15n20 & 1085 high carbon steel. Hand forged , heat treated & tempered to 58 hrc. Solid black ebony handle including forged solid brass pins.
The Crocodile Gyuto designed in house and deeply etched into the blade steel. This superb all rounder chef’s knife fits like a glove. Beautifully balanced including a custom merbau timber sheath.
